Serpent's Prosperity Feast presents a four-course set menu featuring hot and sour chicken prawn soup, mixed appetizers including vegetable spring roll, siu mai chicken, and lotus bao, a choice of whole roasted chicken with stir-fried vegetables and spicy garlic sauce or whole seabass with Chinese curry served with noodles as the main course, fried sesame ball with mixed fruits as dessert, and jasmine ice tea.
